We all have moments of mindfulness everyday – moments when we are truly awake to our experience – be that the taste of a cup of coffee, or the feel of the weather on our faces. When we practise Mindfulness, we are simply choosing to pay more attention to those things. So we’ll enjoy the park using all our senses, truly noticing how and where we’re walking, what we’re seeing, smelling and even tasting, deeply appreciating our environment in the face of Climate Change.
