National Theatre Live at An Tobar and Mull Theatre

World class theatre, right here on Mull.

From March 2027, An Tobar and Mull Theatre will bring National Theatre Live to Mull, giving local audiences the opportunity to experience outstanding theatre productions on the big screen, right here on the island.

National Theatre Live captures acclaimed stage productions and screens them in cinemas and venues across the UK and beyond. From celebrated classics to bold new writing, audiences can experience remarkable performances, compelling stories and world class acting, all from the comfort of their local theatre.

Whether you’re a regular theatre-goer or simply curious to see something new, National Theatre Live offers a chance to experience the magic of live performance in a different way, without the journey to a city theatre.

We look forward to welcoming audiences back into our building and sharing a new season of exceptional theatre on screen from March 2027.
